SHIPPING POLICY
ActiveHaul operates with high-performance logistics. To ensure maximum efficiency, we utilize global fulfillment centers (including our strategic partner Zendrop in the USA).

Processing Times: All orders undergo a technical and logistical validation phase of 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Estimates: Average international transit time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Please note that external factors (customs, national holidays) may influence this timeframe.

Import Responsibility: The customer acts as the Importer of Record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees charged by the authorities of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking: Your tracking code will be sent to your registered support email within 72 hours of shipment.
Lost Packages: A shipment is only considered lost after 45 business days without any update in the tracking system, at which point ActiveHaul will proceed with a reshipment or a full refund.
